This service is for parents appealing the contents of Sections B and F of an EHCP and the placement named in Section I.

What is included

* Analysis of school consultation responses, where applicable

* Completion of the SEND35 appeal form

* Up to one hour of telephone support

* Reasonable email support during the drafting process

* Review of the Local Authority’s initial response to the appeal

* Support with lodging the appeal and submitting the evidence

* Guidance on case-review dates and Tribunal deadlines

Scope of the appeal grounds

The grounds of appeal will explain why Sections B, F and I are disputed and will identify the main issues, key omissions and strongest examples supported by the evidence.

Detailed wording and further amendments are usually developed through the working-document process after the appeal has been registered. 

Where the volume of evidence is exceptionally large, additional Time and costs may be required, however if this is the case, I would discuss this with you before any work is agreed.
