An EHCP should accurately describe your child’s special educational needs and clearly specify the provision required to meet those needs. Unfortunately, important information is often missing, recommendations from professional reports are not fully reflected, and provision can be vague or difficult to enforce.

This service provides a detailed analysis of your draft EHCP to identify gaps, strengthen the content, and help ensure the plan accurately reflects the evidence before it is returned to the Local Authority.

Where documentation is particularly lengthy, complex, or includes multiple private assessments, an increased fee may apply. Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed before work begins.

When You Contact Me

Please let me know:
• The number of reports
• The approximate total page count

For example, this may be three standard reports totalling around 50–60 pages, or a larger bundle of evidence exceeding 200 pages. This allows me to provide an accurate quote before starting work.

Important Information

This is a checking and advisory service. I do not rewrite professional reports or alter recommendations made by clinicians, therapists or other professionals. However, I will identify where recommendations have not been properly reflected within the EHCP and where provision is unclear, vague, missing or insufficiently specified.

Once complete, your document will be ready to return to the Local Authority.

Review of subsequent amended drafts is not included and will be charged separately.
