If you've completed my template but would like an experienced SEND advocate to review it before submitting, this service is designed for you. I'm also happy to review your own written application if you've chosen not to use my template.

An important note
Unfortunately, local authorities sometimes refuse EHC needs assessment requests, even where applications are well-evidenced and meet the legal threshold. While I cannot guarantee that your local authority will agree to assess, I will help you make your application as clear, detailed and well-supported as possible.
This service includes up to two hours of review and feedback. It does not include drafting or rewriting your application. You will be responsible for making any suggested amendments and submitting your request to the local authority.
