Refusal to Issue Appeal – Full Drafting Service – £450
Personalised support for parents whose local authority has refused to issue an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) following an EHC needs assessment.
If your local authority has completed an EHC needs assessment but decided not to issue an EHCP, I can help you prepare a clear, structured and evidence-based appeal to the SEND Tribunal (SENDIST). I will take the time to understand your child's needs, review the local authority's decision and examine the supporting evidence to prepare a personalised appeal explaining why an EHCP may be necessary.
What's Included
One-hour information-gathering call
We will go through your child's needs, educational experiences, the support they currently receive, the difficulties they face and the reasons the local authority has given for refusing to issue an EHCP. This is an opportunity to talk through your concerns, discuss the evidence and ensure I have a thorough understanding of your child's circumstances.
Review of the refusal decision and supporting evidence
I will carefully examine the local authority's decision, EHC needs assessment reports, and supporting evidence.
