Scope of the Appeal Grounds

The grounds of appeal will explain why Sections B, F and I are disputed and will identify the main issues, key omissions and strongest examples supported by the evidence. Detailed wording and further amendments are usually developed through the working-document process after the appeal has been registered. Where the volume of evidence is exceptionally large, additional time and costs may be required, however if this is the case, I would discuss this with you before any work is agreed.
